About the course
Maldon Golf Club
Maldon Golf Club was founded in 1891, making it one of the oldest in Essex and the country. Our par 71 nine hole course is flat, with split tees, many mature trees, water hazards and true greens.
Laying between the Chelmer/Blackwater Navigation and the tidal reaches of the River Chelmer sits a triangle of low-lying ground, just 50 acres of peace and tranquillity. Wildlife abounds, particularly birds, and there are views to charm the eye in all directions. Today the club is a friendly and a delightful place to play, with great facilities.
