About the course

Stafford Castle Golf Club is located half a mile from Stafford Town Centre and 10minutes from Junction 14, off the M6. Our Stunning nine hole golf course is one of the best hidden gems in England.

Just 5 minutes from the historic town of Stafford, you will find Stafford Castle, a distinguished club in Staffordshire. You can lose yourself in the game on our Par 71golf course, measuring 6,387 yds.

The course was built in 1907 and still retains some of the features of the medieval castle lands. The castle can be seen for miles and is a symbol of the Town, and in the future when our extension to 18 holes is complete, the castle will be surrounded on 3 sides by the course, thus protecting the castle lands and giving our course a unique feature. The course has separate tees for the front and back 9 so therefore given a completely different challenge.
