About the course

The course is set in an enviable forty acre site bordered by the historic Royal Military Canal and the English Channel offering spectacular views along the coast and across to France. Our well tended, eco-friendly, Links golf course offers year round play, draining quickly and remaining dry even during periods of prolonged wet weather. In fact it is rarely closed!!

Our newly opened Club House offers members and visitors alike a friendly welcoming atmosphere where you can relax over a hard earned pint or coffee after a round.

Set in an enviable coastal position in the attractive Cinque Port town of Hythe, the 5032 yard, Par 69 course offers a challenging and enjoyable experience for golfers of all abilities. Enjoy the stunning views across the English Channel to France as you negotiate your way between the Channel and the Royal Military Canal.

The course consists of twelve greens with six of the greens being played twice using alternative tee positions. This enables a course of just short of 6000yds to be enclosed within a relatively small parcel of land, offering five par three, nine par four and four par five holes. The course, commended for the quality of its greens and fairways, is on flat land with several elevated tees.

There are sufficient bushes and small trees and challenging rough to capture wayward golf shots, and the canal meandering on the North side of the course has its attraction also!
