About the course
Malahide Golf Club, situated in North County Dublin, is a 27-hole parkland Dublin golf course which is enjoyed by members and visitors alike. The golf course is located about 2km from the centre of the Dublin seaside villages of Malahide and Portmarnock. Malahide Golf Club was founded in 1892 and is one of the oldest golf clubs in Ireland. The club moved to its present location in 1990. In 2017 the club celebrates it’s 125 year.
Golfers visiting this 27-hole complex will find a scenically beautiful golf course which is always in immaculate condition. The combination of three 9’s (Blue, Red and Yellow) offer different challenges but all require a high level of respect. The Blue and Red courses have recently undergone major changes from their original designs and provide a difficult but fair challenge to all levels of golfer.
The motto at the club is ’ A light heart and a cheerful spirit’ and a feature has always been the special atmosphere to be found there. This atmosphere is only enhanced by the fine view of Howth Head and The Wicklow Mountains from the clubhouse.
Our aim is to ensure that anyone visiting Malahide Golf Club will have a thoroughly enjoyable experience and one that will want them to return time and time again.
