About the course
Chorlton-cum-Hardy Golf Course extends over an area of 94 acres. Although mainly situated on low-lying meadow, over the years a wide variety of trees have been planted, encouraging the proliferation of a rich variety of wildlife – foxes, hares, stoats, squirrels and bird life are in abundance. The ancient dyke which crosses the golf course provides a challenging hazard, as does the elevated land of Spion Kop and Barlow Wood. This splendid parkland golf course winds its way down narrow fairways and around the banks of the river Mersey. With four par 3s and two par 5s that stretch the golf course to just below 6000 yards, this golf course is a great test for any golfer.
