About the course
A fun, quirky and unique nine-hole parkland course plotted within the walls of an abandoned 19th century dock basin next to the River Nene. The stone remains of the collapsed dock feature on every hole so there’s every chance you’ll be quite literally be driven up the wall but in a good way. A great set of greens.
Situated along the River Nene, Sutton Bridge Golf Club, established in 1914, offers a small 9 hole parkland course. The course is lined with Willow and Poplar, and features a large number of strategically-placed bunkers. The course has more changes in elevation than most courses in the fens, due to the fact it is built in an abandoned dock basin.
